About Ashcroft Developments
Our core business is the provision of high quality built residential properties to home buyer Clients in the greater Dublin area.
A fundamental area of the supply chain that enables us to provide properties for sale to home buyers involves our ability to acquire sites and/or enter into partnerships with business or individuals who own Zoned land that is ready for Development.
We can work with landowners on several levels, ranging from direct Land Purchase to Joint Venture Partnerships basis in the development of land from inception to completion.
In these cases, we bring our Development Experience to the Project, including Planning Knowledge, working with Public Utilities & Third Parties, Procurement of Senior Debt Funding & Financial Engineering, as well as an established Building & Engineering knowledge network.
Members of our team have over 35+ years experience in the Construction industry successfully delivering over 1500 residential within this time.
Land Acquisition
We are seeking development land throughout North Leinster and Dublin. Our priority is for residential zoned land with or without planning permission on site of 10 units or over, with no maximum limit. However land outside of this criteria may also be of interest.
